Suitable for demanding environments

Introducing our upgraded T- and OS-Series cable ties, designed and engineered to meet performance and sustainability expectations. We now offer these cable ties with post-industrial recycled (PIR) polyamide 6.6, which is heat stabilised and impact modified (PA66HIRHS). This polymer is highly durable and does not require moisture conditioning. This recycled content gives you the choice to make a sustainable difference in your cable management without compromising on performance.

  • Recycled content: By using recycled industrial waste, these cable ties support a circular economy.
  • Reliability: Available in a range of sizes with tensile strengths from 80 to 535N, these cable ties ensure top performance while offering resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and oil, making them ideal for demanding environments.
  • Versatility: Adaptable and flexible, T- and OS-Series cable ties are ideal for a wide range of workflows and applications in demanding environments.

Let's make a positive difference together!

Performance meets Sustainability

T- and OS-Series cable ties are well-suited for industries such as automotive and electrical installation due to the material features and sustainability focus.

PIR
  • Ideal for use in demanding applications: High-temperature PA66 with an impact modifier offers superior durability, strength and long-term stability with a reduced risk of cracking
  • Strong hold on bundles or protection for sensitive cables? You can have both! Outside serrated OS-Series cable ties protect sensitive cables and minimise the risk of damage during installation and maintenance. T-Series inside serrated cable ties provide a secure and firm grip on the bundle
  • Ease of use and storage: These cable ties are designed to function effectively without the need for additional moisture conditioning
  • Safety & quality standards: PA66  is a proven material in many markets that integrates seamlessly into existing workflows and meets industry standards

Post-industrial recycling

PIR

Interest in circular business models for plastic resources is growing, driven by the need to reduce emissions compared to sourcing new materials from fossil fuels. We are increasingly helping customers boost the recycled content in their components.

Post-Industrial Recycled (PIR) material is waste from manufacturing processes that is recycled and reused, conserving resources and lowering environmental impact. Our tried and trusted T- and OS-Series cable ties now made with recycled PA66 are a prime example.

We call this approach ReSource: recycled plastic or climate-friendlier polymers with lower emissions, designed for sustainability.
