HellermannTyton offers high quality mounts that have been specially developed for the requirements of heavy duty applications. They are designed to improve the safety, maintenance and process optimisation of hydraulic systems.

Our screw-fastening mounts are characterised by clearly defined cable routing and make it possible to securely fasten up to three bundles. The simple assembly with an M8 screw ensures quick installation, while the smooth surface provides maximum protection for the bundled goods and protects them from damage.

Made from glass fiber reinforced plastic, our mounts offer significant weight reduction compared to conventional metal brackets. This makes them particularly durable and robust. In addition, they won't corrode and their thermal, electrical and vibration-damping properties ensure optimum protection of the wires and cables against external influences.

An outstanding feature of our mounts is the ability to easily maintain the bundled goods by simply replacing the cable ties. This means that the bundled goods can be exchanged quickly and inexpensively. This versatility makes our products an ideal solution for demanding environments where reliable fastening and protection of hydraulic hoses and pipes is essential.

Another highlight is our mount for cable bundles from the DSWS series. These are not only ideal for use in the truck industry, but also for many other heavy duty applications where a reliable connection between two lines and a defined distance are required. The rotatable and vibration-damping spacers enable optimal parallel routing of cables, hoses, pipes and conduits.

Thanks to their special design, these mounts prevents friction and wear between the bundles. They can be manually rotated to ensure optimal alignment. In addition, cable ties with a width of up to 12.7 mm can be used to securely fix the bundles in place.
