ATS flex automatic cable tying system
Waste-free bundling of cable ties
Disposal time and costs are eliminated. The correct jaws size and speed are set out automatically during commissioning – better process quality thanks to the optimised and patented bundling process. Looping, threading, tensioning and cutting off at the touch of a button with consistent quality. The ATS flex can also be integrated into fully automated production lines. Custom designed jaws are available to enable bundling of foot parts on production lines.
Helagaine Twist-In self closing sleeve
A self-closing protection sleeve which is simple to retrofit, remove and reuse.
Thanks to its self-closing design, this flexible cable protection sleeve is really easy to install and remove, therefore allowing easy access to the cable bundle for assembly, inspection or maintenance. Made of robust polyester, it provides excellent protection against abrasion.
GL-Series GalvaLok cable ties (PA11)
Made from renewable castor oil
The polyamide 11 used to manufacture GalvaLok ties offers excellent resistance to chemicals and UV, making them ideal for fastening cables and pipes in challenging environments. In addition, the material delivers high impact resistance at low temperatures.
